By accessing or purchasing from Freedom Shell Enterprises, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.
All products sold by Freedom Shell Enterprises include both digital and physical items. Digital products include downloadable art, files, and other digital content. Physical products are made to order through print-on-demand partners. Due to the nature of these products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. Physical merchandise is also final sale except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Freedom Shell Enterprises retains all intellectual property rights to its designs, artwork, images, and digital files. Purchase of a product does not grant ownership, resale rights, redistribution rights, or commercial use unless explicitly stated in writing. Digital products are for personal use only.
We make every effort to accurately display product images, colors, and descriptions. However, actual colors and final products may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, or production methods. These variations do not qualify as defects.
Orders for physical merchandise may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Freedom Shell Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Freedom Shell Enterprises is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
In no event shall Freedom Shell Enterprises be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
Freedom Shell Enterprises reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or purchases after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
