Refund Policy – Freedom Shell Enterprises

All sales are final for digital products. Due to the nature of digital art, downloads, and digital files, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with a digital download, please contact us and we will assist you.

All physical merchandise is made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund for physical items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Orders for physical items may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Digital orders cannot be canceled once delivered.
